To participate in the auction, users must enter a valid mobile phone number and complete SMS verification using a one-time passcode.

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional text messages related to auction participation, including:

• Verification codes
• Bid confirmations
• Outbid alerts
• Auction closing reminders
• Winner notifications
• Payment and checkout links

Standard message and data rates may apply.

SOS Care Packs operates limited-time silent auctions for select products and experiences.

By placing a bid, you agree that:

• All bids are binding
• You are financially responsible for any winning bids submitted through your account
• Auctions may close at the stated end time or as otherwise determined by SOS Care Packs
• We reserve the right to reject, remove, or cancel bids suspected of fraud, abuse, or technical manipulation

Winning bidders will receive payment instructions via SMS or through the Site.

If you win an auction lot, payment must be completed within the timeframe stated in your winner notification.

Failure to complete payment may result in:

• Cancellation of the winning bid
• Disqualification from future auctions
• Reassignment of the item to another bidder

All payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card information.

We strive to ensure all auction listings, descriptions, and images are accurate. However:

• Items are provided "as is"
• Colors, packaging, or presentation may vary slightly
• Availability is not guaranteed until payment is completed

We reserve the right to modify or remove listings at any time.

Unless otherwise required by law, all auction sales are final.

No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued after payment has been completed.

All content on the Site — including text, branding, graphics, photography, logos, and creative materials — is owned by or licensed to Pillowtalk Press and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for unlawful purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt auction functionality
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Submit false bids or impersonate another person
• Use bots, scripts, or automated systems to manipulate bidding activity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SOS Care Packs and Pillowtalk Press shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Lost profits or lost opportunities
• Technical interruptions or system failures
• Delayed or failed SMS delivery by carriers or third-party providers

Participation in the auction is at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SOS Care Packs, Pillowtalk Press, affiliates, collaborators, and service providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Site
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your participation in any auction activity

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
